Chestatee Regional Hospital: Emergency Room at 227 Mountain Drive, Dahlonega, Georgia.

If I could give us hospital negative stars I would , went to this hospital because it was the closest one to my house . My doctor told me to go to the emergency room because I would possibly need IV antibiotics for walking pneumonia. I called ahead and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes and went right there. When I checked and there is one person ahead of me after I checked in a girl came in in about two hours after I checked in a man came in and Boi came in separately . At 6 o'clock I went up to the front and said it had been a very long time I felt like I was gonna pass out I need to be seen she said OK I'll check five minutes after that they came and got the men came in two hours after I'd been sitting there . I wait patiently for another hour go up to the front and say ma'am it's been another hour I need to know when I'm going to be seen or if I'm in a need to go somewhere else because I feel sick I feel like I'm going to pass out and she got an attitude I ripped off my bracelet told her to get rid of my insurance information and left ... don't go to this hospital if you can help it it's dirty there were bugs in the waiting room and they obviously are not equipped to handle more than one-3 patients at a time
